Terms & Conditions

Your trust in WebLume means everything to us — please review our terms below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by WebLume, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with our agency, outlining both our obligations and your rights as a client. If you do not accept these terms in full, you are not permitted to use our website or services. Your continued engagement signifies your acknowledgment and agreement to comply with our practices, policies, and procedures.

2. Services

WebLume offers a range of professional digital services, including but not limited to web design, web development, UI/UX, branding, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing strategies. While we strive to maintain consistency and quality, we reserve the right to modify, expand, pause, or discontinue any services at our discretion without prior notice. Service availability may vary based on project scope, timeline, or third-party dependencies.

3. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate, timely, and complete content, brand assets, and documentation needed for project execution. You are responsible for securing rights to any third-party materials you share. You must not use our services to upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content. Any misuse of our platform, such as attempts at unauthorized access, disruption, or reverse engineering of our codebase, will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

4. Payments

All fees are required to be paid according to the terms outlined in the signed agreement or invoice. A partial advance payment (typically 50%) is mandatory before project initiation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of milestones or final delivery, whichever is agreed upon. Payments are non-refundable once a service phase is completed, as time and resources are allocated specifically to your project. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or authorized payment gateways.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables including source code, graphics, strategies, and designs created by WebLume remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon settlement of dues, usage rights are transferred to the client as per the service agreement. WebLume reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless explicitly restricted in writing by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver high-performing, error-free solutions, WebLume cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes website downtime, bugs, data loss, SEO performance fluctuations, or third-party plugin issues. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, technologies, or legal obligations. Any updates will be published on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them. Continued usage of our platform or services after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms. Clients may request clarification or raise concerns about any changes by contacting our support team.
